General terms and conditions
Our events are based on a fixed number of hours. If required, it is possible to extend an event beyond the normal hours. For this, a fee of Kr. 2,500 per hour, or part thereof, per waiter is due and excludes the cost of beverages consumed. The event can be extended until 2:30am.
A deposit of Kr. 2,000 is due to confirm an event booking. This is offset against the final invoice.
75% of the total amount due must be paid no later than 14 days prior the commencement of the event.
After the event, an invoice will be sent for the remaining amount.
All prices are inclusive of 25% VAT and include service. The prices in our brochure and on our website are valid from 1st January 2019 until 31st December 2019.
To secure a room for sole use, events require a minimum of 25 attendees.
