When you book our modern, recently refurbished rooms with attractive views of the City Park or the Courtyard, you are already well on the way to the perfect event. With our professional, service-minded team and the complete menu of Restaurant La Cocotte at your disposal, we help make the day an unforgettable experience for both host and guests. Enjoy a welcome reception on our covered terrace or by the fireplace, as well as dinner in the beautifully decorated rooms.

Event Rooms

We have rooms for all types of events and parties, large or small. If you’re planning an event for between 25 and 300 guests, one of our beautiful rooms can form the perfect frame for your party.

The hotel has the welcoming Winter Garden, which despite its name, is a beautiful room in both summer and winter and offers direct access to the hotel’s cosy courtyard.

In The Orangery you will find our rooms with access to the City Park. The area is perfect for anything from a small, intimate wedding reception to large parties of 100 to 200 or more. The City Park, with beautiful large trees, a little white bridge by the lake and playground area invites not only the perfect picture of the newlyweds, but also open air games at a confirmation.

To make it easy for you and your guests, we have hotel rooms within walking distance of the party, so you don’t have to worry about how to get home.

We always offer the host complimentary accommodation in one of our hotel rooms.

General terms and conditions

Event Duration
Our events are based on a fixed number of hours. If required, it is possible to extend an event beyond the normal hours. For this, a fee of Kr. 2,500 per hour, or part thereof, per waiter is due and excludes the cost of beverages consumed. The event can be extended until 2:30am.

Payment Terms
A deposit of Kr. 2,000 is due to confirm an event booking. This is offset against the final invoice.
75% of the total amount due must be paid no later than 14 days prior the commencement of the event.
After the event, an invoice will be sent for the remaining amount.

Prices
All prices are inclusive of 25% VAT and include service. The prices in our brochure and on our website are valid from 1st January 2019 until 31st December 2019.

To secure a room for sole use, events require a minimum of 25 attendees.
